Agency Policy 中介政策

1. 佣金费用：我们将收取1个月学费的 50% 作为佣金。 Commission: We collect 50% of your one month's tuition fee as an agency fee.

2. 后续收益：从第二个月起，学费 100% 归导师所有。 Subsequent Months: 100% of the tuition fee belongs to the tutor from the 2nd month onwards.

3. 全额退款：若个案最终未能确认，我们将在 2 个工作日内退款。 Full Refund: If the job is not confirmed, we will refund in full within 2 working days.

4. 缺席政策：佣金支付后，无故缺席 (No-Show) 将不予退款。 No-Show Policy: No refund will be given for no-shows after the job is reserved for you.
